cheers mate so you can actually take them off and mesh it yourself with the existing surround without having to buy a new one all together,
cheers again

When it comes to meshing grille I speak from bad or should I say stupid experience. There is a guide on here on how to do it properley so I would try to find that and follow it. When you remove the grille from the bonnet there is a backing which is held on by melted plastic lugs. You have to remove these to be able to take the backing off. You also need to cut all of the slats out. I would recomend a dremel tool or similar, don't use a hacksaw like I did and mash it all up. I had to buy a meshed Dimma grille to replace mine :n:

I just finished mine. Followed the guide posted above but found it a bit flimsy when putting the two parts together again. Tried again with a different grille and found it easer and neater to not seperate the back and front at all. Just remove the slats with a dremel/good hacksaw blade and dont forget to leave a hole on the right side of the mesh for the bonnet catch.

Good luck!
