Me an my gf have citations for court for some little prick going into the rear of my car an driving off.

I got my car fixed a few month ago for free from Helphire who then charged him :-0 also i have given him a hiding aswell as the justice system is a load of balls

Anyways I have been to court about this already an it got deffered. I cant be arsed giving evidence. MORE to the point the date they have given me im away for 3 days an its on the 2nd day. We have a hotel booked.

If i send them the confimation to prove we are away will we not need to go.

Would the case be rescheduled

I would say the case would be rescheduled well in england it would anyway if enough time was given.

I can imagine the date would be changed! Ask your solicitor if you have one? If not then just tell them and see what they say! If they dont change it get them to suck your baws
