I wanna try and debadge my saxo..
what are the best ways without making a mess

Hair dryer on the hot setting! Warm the glue up and use something to ease them off without scratching the paintwork :) Should come off pretty simple.

if your talking about the rear badges, there will be holes left that will need filled

Best results are to get a bodyshop to do it for you unless you`re good at spraying/welding.
