What are my options?

I bought a Nintendo DS of Skye00 from here about a month and a half ago, and i filed a paypal dispute for my money back as I never recieved. I have just recieved my case result and I won dispute, but it says they cant recover any funds...........

So erm what can I do now to get my £70 back? :(

EDIT: And I have pmed and emailed him but have had no reply ever.

tell me bout it ive currently got a dispute goin on paypal too for some m3 mirrors that i never recieved :(

the seller has got till 2day to get back to paypal then im not sure wat happens after today.....thing is its looking like i will have lost my cash too its not as much as yours tho!

im not sure of the small claims court thing either i just have heard of it perhaps you should google it and see what you can find out????
