Phones meant to be shat mate. If you ask for your PAC code and say no no, they'll ring you back in like 24-48 hours giving you what you want. Did it to my mum, forgot what deal she got but it was fairly decent

AFAIK O2 iphone contracts are the only ones to give you unlimited access to all BT Openzone hot spots as well as cloud.

You do pay for the hand set, but how much is dependent on which model you want.
