I've been looking everwhere for my first job, and nothing anywhere. Some of my mates have been lucky enought to get 3 requests from places, all of them I've applied for myself.

Current financial situation will cause problems as more people are becoming redundant and that

I applied at tesco for checkout/shopfloor work and got an interview, got a letter 5 days later saying I was unsuccessful. That's the main store in warrington.

I can't even remember where else I've applied though. I've not heard a work from anyone else though. I need to start saying for car though, 1100 and counting. 8 months to go.

Maybe have 2200 or so if I get a job in the next month or so?

sorry to steal your thread mate...

im in the same boat as you.

i left school with Really Good Grades. Tried College a few times and it wasn't for me.

i trid a few jobs too.
Millets(Shit)
Subway (shit)
Comet(shit)
Fitting Carpets(amazing, couldnt get to work so had a to quit)
GSF(good but crap pay)
Airport Bar Supervisor(Great Job, Shit hours i.e 2am starts :()
Floors 2 go Assistant Manager.. Been here over 2 years, i love my job so much. i really do, but im bored. i want more money, and i want a career path.

Options are either pay for a course with some kind of trade, find an apprenticeship, or just find a job where i feel i can climb some kind of career ladder, and also find a job which i enjoy too..

Good Luck Finding Something mate, i wish you the best anyway. if u wanna ask anything go ahead, i could do with some motivation.
