reet got the car about two years ago it needed a gear box so sorted that out, then about 20mile later BANG the engine is fucked,:wall: big ends had gone, time for a rebuild.

started sorting out part:
big end
pistons n con rods
piston rings
head kit
timming kit
water pump
and pob a lot more

ok this needs an update:y:

well a few month ago got sick of the smoke and tappin,
soooo head rebuild was in order.:y:
tryed to do alot of the work myself as i didnt have alot of ££££.
me and richie322244545525452vtr took the head off, bit of a fuck on tbh.
then off to Northern Rebore for the rebuild new everythink lol
but they couldnt find the lifters, so after 1-2 hours on the phone
got newmans lifters for £140 + vat and thats 17.5% lol


ordered the head gasket and timing belt from euro car parts!
dont no how hard it is to order parts but they fucked up big time!:wall:
never agen..
so phoned my local part shop 2hours later there in!
two fingers to euro car parts!

then to put it back on, steve_vts called williams sorted a price out
williams fly down (in his orange jacket) put the head on sorted the timing out,
am rolling sweet.

car is spot on now al sorted for the nurburgring in may!
well sort of.

needed a few bits and bobs
got some billie b8 rear shocks cheap so put them on and god should have sorted that out a long time ago
the car is like a go kart lol

if your thinking of buying them, then do! do it now!
really good

and got a good deal with pug racing on a lower engine mount
car feels soooooo much better now.

still to do
track wheels and tyres (think i have sorted some rallye wheels out)
brakes are a defo, just dont no what to buy.
bucket
cage
and prob alot more.

sorted brakes out now runing 266 with std disc's and pad atm will be
buying better for the ring trip in may.
and now have 4 rallye wheels to be used as track wheels just need tyres lol

will be out getting pics on sunday so will put pic's up then

fitted the seats took about 20min lol

and next weekend will be the cage its an omp 10point cage powder coated
gloss black, dont know how hard it will be to fit but al give it ago lol
