wrist sprains

hey everyone

i fell on my wrist yesterday and went to the doctors he said its not broke just take some painkillers which i have done but the pain is just getting worse anyone had this prob if so what did u do? as its hurting really badly!

nope because doctor said its ok!

get a wrist support, they helped me when i sprained mine years and years ago

as for elevation, it makes sense as it means theres less blood up there

Doctors don't have x-ray vision. If swelling gets worse or sensation changes in your hand you wanna get it checked properly.
