thinking of get a tattoo, my daughters names, lilyella on the right wrist
and sofia on the left.

any one had a tattoo on their wrist?
does it hurt lol

i have both my wrists tattooed got flames going all the way round (a bit tacky i know but they are cover ups)

its a tattoo, which involves needles piercing your skin...........it hurts lol do you have any other tattoos? it hurts more than leg, upper arm, chest and neck.........imo but doesnt hurt as much as feet, elbow, inside of elbow or arse cheek lol

Tatoos hurt a lot depending on where you have it i should know i have 10 all together, my advice be sure you wont regret it afterwards, and make sure its a very good tattooist its there for life, i dont regret any of mine but a couple do need touching up.

I have one on my left inner wrist, ive had it to a size that can be covered up when wearing a large (for a girl) watch should i ever need it covered.

My wrist hurt more than my back and hip ones did.
And i had to have it slightly higher than i originally wanted because of the veins being close to the skin.

Just be prepared to have to keep telling people who the names are!!!

wrists not too bad as metal face said elbows hurt mine swelled up about 2 inches off my body for about 3 week =[
ribs also hurt neck is nothing
you could get them on the top of your wrists not underneath if that makes sense

the general rule is, pinch where your gunna get tattooed.......if it done hurt much, the tattoo aint gunna hurt much..........if it hurts like a mother fucker, be prepared for pain!! lol

the pain is all part of the experience.........try and enjoy it.......plus its only gunna be a 15 minute job.........ive sat for 5 hours before, that starts to get a bit uncomfortable then! lol

Inside of the elbow (other side of the bone were the skin is) hurts like a motherfucker man lol! glad that part of my arm is finished. Rest is fine though, it's all bearable pain.

I didnt find it too bad mate, worst places for me has been armpit(just above it) and my thigh after 2 hours of lines and 5 hours of black shading :(

Mine goes close to the armpit but not actually above it :) so can't compare on that one.

Different people have different experiances I guess. The actual elbow was a pleasure, thought that was great lol

you can struggle to find tattooist that will actually do it on the bottom of the wrist due to the veins bein sol close to the surface, and being such a thin skinned area with bones yes it will hurt, go for a chubbier area haha

yea i reckon you should get it smaller on your shoulder blades or something but i ve heard that hurts and its pretty much on bone :S

Yer i've had my wrist done and I wasn't really expecting it to hurt before i had it done and to be honest it was okay, just a tiny bit uncomfortable ;)

I have 'Magnanimus esto' on the inside of my wrist, running across the top and before anyone asks what it means, its my family motto and means 'be great of mind'

If your getting writing done just be prepared to tell everyone what it means... everyone asks!!
