Is the ariel on a mk2 saxo desire just screw in or not?

Ok, it's just I bought a new ariel from halfrauds earlier as it was like £5 and i tend to buy things on a spur of the moment basis. I got home and had a look and it looked like it was screw in but it was quite tight and I thought it's best to make sure I can unscrew it rather than ending up snapping it lol. Cheers for the help as always :)

screw on/off, i had to plier my old one off as it was stuck on solid than i got a new standard free arial

Ah ok cheers mate. I don't mind using a bit of elbow grease to get it off :P

I was just worried that it wasn't screw on/off and I be stood there trying to force it and SNAP, you get the picture lol.
