Cheeky little sump oil leak (Pics)

Was greeted by this today, seeing as my knowledge of cars is that of a 5 year old girls i though i would ask you guys for a diagnosis........

looks like oil is coming from above the sump seal, you could try replacing the gasket though.
But looks to mee like its dripping from above, try checking your rocker cover seal, see if theres oil coming from there
