My door

Hello saxp, my drivers side door on my saxo does not stay open, something must of broken off, but is this an easy fix?

could be the checkstap ,easy but a little fiddley to do new around £17
from citroen cheaper from scrapyard

Its probably the check strap,the metal strap that goes from the body of the car(2 screws hold it on)to the door of the car.On ebay they`re about £18.00 but tricky to fit.

just park the car with 2 wheels on the curb its not hard in any way and its free (as long as your not on yellow lines) the tilt on the car will make the do stay open lol

if you want this affect everywhere carry 2 bricks lol

ive got the same problem on mine, not looked in to it too much but it looks like the bit where the strap connects to on the door has broken so to sort it i think i would need a new door :( well two because there both the same
