driving down the road today,heard a bang come from front of car,car rolled to a halt but would still go in gear.while i go in gear and try to pull away the car is making a banging and whining noice,did not risk trying to move the car so had to get towed to local garage.what you people think.

clutch could have exploded, driveshaft could have broken, diff could have broken, so many things it could be.

Shit! That happened to me saturday! No drive at all! Had the call today to say the gearbox is shafted! £1000 from citroen!!! NO WAY!
