car Shakes

I noticed that when i sit at the traffic lights.
my cars a little jumpy and shakey...

does anyone know what the problem is and can it be sorted..

ii have a 1998 SAXO VTR..took to garage they looked at the engine and
said its fine...but why does it shake alot...feels lyk the engine jumping
about or somethings

sometimes...when change gear..it missed the revs..

like when change gears..the revs are normal..then they stop
but if release the accelerater and press it again its ok...

Mhmm, like try going on a hill - steepish 1. Stop and put foot down, and like half way see if ur car just starts to die. If so thats misfiring, check engine aswell let it tick over and is it vibrating loads? - Get someone to rev it and listen to engine does it sound alright? Not like spitting.
