ive have got full blown flu and of course because im male it must be the ebola virus and im going to die any moment, ive been taking all sorts of tablets from the chemist to make me feel better but they dont last long, my ribs are killing me everytime i cough or sneeze it feels like my lungs are trying to escape, so i was wondering if any one knows any remedy to make you feel better,

also yes i would like some sympathy lol.cough cough sniff.

yea im just getting over my man flu atm, the girlfriend bought me a man flu recovery kit, with some tunes, kleenex man size tissues and one of the olbas oil sprays which helped. I got my mum to pick me up some Vitamin c Tablets from tesco's which helped loads also drink loads of water ! Hope you get better soon :y:

towel over your head and some boiling water in a big bowl with some tea tree oil in the water helps you sweat some of it out and gives good effects in minutes

last thew days woke up no energy wat so ever.
its like I want to go do somat but I then go try and not even 5mins later im wanting to go to sleep lol. im just stuffing my face with food to try and get energy.

I feel for you bruv, i am currently going through the same illness, and find one of the best cures is several shots or at least half a bottle of jack daniels will sort you out a treat. Hope this helps i will rep you out of sympathy m8

Im a man flu sufferer too. After a nasty bout of the runny nose ive now got a chapped top lip. As if that wasnt bad enough its now more like a chest infection with a coughing/nearly throwing up session ever 2mins.

Best bit is im mid engine conversion and its got to be done for Monday.

tbh i think mine is more a chest infection too as when i cough it feels like my lungs are trying to burst thru my rib cage and really hurts.

ive got things i need to do to my vtr aswell but just dont feel like it plus its pissing down aswell grrrrrrrrr.
