The fastest way is to download it via itunes.
Then when its downloaded it will be in this folder:

My Documents/My Music/iTunes/iTunes Music/Podcasts/VogueFM's podcast/

All files are mp3 format.
So then just drag and drop onto your phone.

the highs and deep bass distort a lil up the top end for me(listening to first one) so far recognised all the tunes, big out there stuff!

Thats because Med and Effex (the DJs) probably paid attention for 5 mins then went on an all out rave up.

Their neighbours are all polish and well in their Hard House, Trance and DnB so come up to their flat and rave their tits off.

Funny stuff tbh
