Turning Strut Tops? + rough prices for tracking done??????

Recently got a sparco strut brace off a mate and to get it to fit i had to turn the strut tops round to get the bolts to line-up! is this okay everything feels the same and it still handels the same and does feel stiffer with it on! just curios if turning the strut tops aorund is okay?

Yes its ok though if its starts eating tyres you will want to get the tracking done. One setting was for cars with non power assisted steering to make steering lighter. The other is for cars with power steering. It does not really matter what way round it is as long as both sides are back or both forward. You don't want one side back and one side forward.

Well i changed them both around so they both will be the same way round. going to get tracking done anyway as steers out a little off a while ago!

Any one know prices of gettin tracking done???

Shouldn't be much for tracking. Just get it tested first then get a quote on it :y: I had mine done while having 3 new tyres. Came to 110 including fitting and balancing and tracking sorted.
