Unless of course you're computer is running so low on space, that the page file is suffering. In which case moving some files off the computer to allow the page file to operate properly will help. But this scenario is unlikely.

its a 4year old laptop lol toshiba ??, i dont no what ram etc like that, photoshop works fine 80% of the time my memory percentage is like 44% left lol

a 4 year old laptop isnt really going to be up to spec to run CS3 comfortably.

right click my computer, go to properties and it should display your processor and memory.
