removing fan on vtr

I want to spray my fan on my vtr, i have the unit out alredy but cannot see how to remove the actual fan from this, anyone help? cheers

there should be a clip or screw that you take out mate. if its a screw remember that clockwise will loosen it and anti-clockwise will tighten it.
