You need to do some quotes with all the compare companies and then try people like tesco etc because some companies dont come up on the compare sites and they can actually be cheaper, i found my cheapest quote the other day by going directly to the company website and getting a quote..
Just got to look around my friend.

I cant get a quote under 2 grand :(
currently paying something ridiculous like 2200 with quinn. Ive had a quote for 2100 but its not worth it as I would have to start my ncb again and pay £35 cancellation fee.
oh the hardships of being a liability :wall:

try quinn direct, they are expensive for fully comp, but third party you may not find any1 cheaper, and they do mods. I had a cinquecento sporting which by the way was wicked fun and only cost me 100 quid and 900 quid to insure and its the same power and insurance group as my mates 1.1 saxo he had. So give them a go, but its best to ring up the numbers on there website, i got better prices from speaking to them directly.

when I was 17, I had a rover 100 1.1 and best quote I got was 1900, and that was onjly because I had a years no claims from my RS125...! It depends on areas and all sorts of crap, it cant be helped :( But keep searching around, quinn direct, bell, admiral, confused, gocompare, moneysupermarket.. Got nothing to lose
