thats steep mate, especially considerin its tpft. you shopped around at all? try someone like adrian flux or chris knott, at 19 i was paying £1456 tpft on a 306 rallye which has similar power/performance with 0 years no claims and an sp30. Try adding females such as your mother, grandma on to the policy, you will be surprised in some cases just how much you can save by doing this.

i have my mum on the policy at the mo and its a great idea but then she got a speeding fine!

very much doubt chris knott will insure you, they arent that great with young drivers tbh. especially when it comes to fully comp. I also found alot of companies wont insure the car 3rd party for me.

bell were 2070... which is a bit better, i dont know who else to try!

Elephant and norwich union werent too bad quote wise for me, but i already had insurance with Bell, lol, hence why I am with them, though they still were the cheapest around. Just make sure that with Bell you can afford it all in one, or get a loan over a year to pay it off, otherwise monthly they are a bit of a rip off.

definately try elephant mate, ive heard of some fantastic quotes off them, seem to be a bit hit n miss though?

try a quote with the 10 month bonus accelerator, that is if you have the money to pay upfront

gunna try and battle them against each other.

yeh the 172's are slightly cheaper by about 200-300
