Stupid V+ box

does anyone else have a V+ box from virgin? If so do you find that sometimes when you press a button on the remote it does something else and sometimes it doesnt respond to the remote at all? or is it just mine lol

Never had this problem, have one upstairs and downstars.

Change batteries in remote, turn off at wall for 30 secs, still doing it call them and they can send a reset signal to box if that fails you will get a new v+ box

lol its the batteries.it comes up on the normal virgin and says the batteries are fucked and need changing.

The batteries are brand new changed them like three times in as many months thought it was the problem but it doesnt seem to be. thanks guys i think i'll have to give them a ring soon.

just give them a ring then n prob need to replace it, i used to do virgin faults so know the routine
