help shes dying

hows things with ye, joined yesterday, i have a 98 1.4 saxo.she's sick at the moment though, idles funny and cutts out, when she starts back up you have to keep the revs high for her not to cut out, she back fires a bit then aswell. im thinking shes over fueling and flooding herself, thinking the tempreture sensor, but not sure.. any one got any ideas, would help.... cheers anyway

Sounds like it could be the temp sensor, possibly lambda but would change the temp sensor as its the cheapest one to change i think

cheers lad, got it plugged in, temp sensor 1 ( the sensor for the ecu) and a fault in the lamda aswell. should be sorted now.
