hey al, small update, bought a heat sheild for the filter just to try out, and got myself a badge for the rocker cover, wana paint the cover though before the badge goes on

i moved the camera wen takin that pic anyway so its not a very good shot lol, i'm in need of a new alarm badly as mine is playing up and always going off, can't adjust it as its an old one and need a new exhaust system, mine's getting holes in it all the time and i wont be able to have it welded up forever lol, only started back work this week so just gotta wait till payday now lol

another little update, new alarm is going in on tuesday. toad - thatcham category 1 thing, not too sure on the details of the alarm as my dad sorted it. needed a new one as my ole one died lol, i'll try gettiing a phew pics up tonight of the car and some of my mates ones in the cruise i'm off to

nah i love the anthracite wheels, think that colour will be staying wether i stick with the vtr ones or get vts ones they will be anthracite

yeah the petrol cap came with the car so have been looking into my options there, the theme is smoked and blue, i been thinking of a conversion so was gonna wait till thats done b4 buying bits for the exhaust.
40mm all round i think, got 40mm springs with new shocks all round, and asked the guy to make the back look tidy to go with the front so not 100% sure on the back.

Your looking into putting a S lump in then are you? I've considered it lately, but it will be too much hassle for me :(

Is the ride hard? I got springs without uprated dampers, and i can feel every damn thing on the road!

my plan is to drop the s lump in after my 21st. ride is fine atm, pretty much seems the same as it was standard, accept she sticks to corners now, cost me £200 for the dampers all round and springs from spax and £120 to have it the work done, the bar was seized as well so glad the £120 was a set price and that i wasnt paying an hourly rate lol, how much did u lower yours?

peice of wood, mesuring tape, jigsaw and some black material, take the mesurments and cut it all out then use a hole saw drill bit to cut the hole for the cup and cover it with the material, easy :y:

awesome, sorry i cant be of more help but its really that simple, just trial and error like, made mine the wrong size even after mesuring it twice but got it right third time round

Have booked the car in for tinted windows on sat morning, and got a set of vts wheels off jasonfitness, will be refurbing them in anthracite then the car should be ready for a local show going on on the 25th. (street legal events 4)

these arrived today, their going for a refurb tomorrow and will hopefully be on next week, anybody know if i can use the standard bolts i'm using with my vtr wheels or if i need certain ones for the vts wheels??

Same bolts. I used my VTR nuts for my Super T's when they were on my VTR, and then I used the same nuts when I moved them over to my VTS.
