Anyone help please?

Hi,

For some reason my saxo keeps jolting and jumping and a orange symbol keeps cummin up, looks like a picture on a engine with a K over it, I have attached a picture showing this.

If I'm driving down the street in 4th 3rd 2nd or whatever it will keep jumping, jolting, shaking whatever, and when I stop at a junction or traffic lights the rev counter will fly up to 7000 revs without me even touching everything.

Anyone know whats up with my car?

that's the engine management light, looks like you have serious probs with your engine. get it booked into citroen and on a diagnostic machine.

when you put the foot down is there a judder and severe lack of power?

and when your sitting still does the engine shake like its about to fall out?

Try takin all the electrical conectors off in the engine bay 1 by 1 spray with WD40 or another water displacemnt spray, should help, mine was doin the exact same thing bout 3 months ago, I did take it to citreon first the did a computer software update which worked for about a week then it started again, my uncle who works on race cars/bikes did the WD40 trick and it hasn't done it since (touch wood!)

Yeh it judders but there's still power there, no the engine doesnt feel like it's shaking, just reving it's arse off.

I've got it booked in a garage for Monday morning, so will see what they say.
