All go and no show cars are cool (Track?)
not normally a fan of glitter paint and 20" chromes.
Filler/Primered up Saxos/Fiestas/Clios dont do much for me.
Subtle modified cars ftw

Stealth FTW, nice level of engine mods and subtle exterior, mainly flared arches to allow wider wheels, then subtle cooling mods, larger IC or vents etc. Then a subtle colour thats it. Jap is def my fav at the mo.

going off euro a bit tbh, its nice but its overdone lol
kits in general are a no-no unless they are functional
so basically, subtle stuff or functional stuff!

I do have a thing for the ragged all go but no show look because most of them have been abused....... yet the car loves it........ if ya get me :clapping:

i like the track cars that are popping up here and there
imo a nice track car cant be beaten
i dont mean the guys like craigy180 (sorry mate) allthough its nice and look smart
i mean stuff like lewisimo and the other proper high spec cars
its what im doing with my own car
the level of quiality in a decent track car can outdo any show car as everything is kept spotless so you can easily see leaks ect
and the details are all practical
function over form but still looks damn tidy
Barry123
21st October 2008, 17:26

Like alot of modified cars as long as there done well!
I.e dont really like euro but i saw an extremely well done polo
And not really a huge fan of track cars but Craigs is awesome.
So cars that have had alot put into them do it for me, not half done chav cars falling to bits...
Also like cars like the Brabus and Irmscher's ect

All depends on circumstance, if the car looks nice it's nice, but if it doesn't it doesn't.

mods done for a reason, track look and subtle for me. i think its cool to have stuff done to your car that doesnt jump out, but looks cool when people see it...if that makes any sense lol

Japanese Time-Attack style tuning, partly because the cars look absolutely mental but also because its compulsory that they all pack at least 470bhp to even qualify, and they take part in competitions to make it all worth while. Every possible component is upgraded to make the car lighter, faster and better handling to almost race car spec. Thier philosophy is: If you're going to mod it, you may as well go completely mental :p

They look crazy and have ballistic performance to match- most can drop an exotic with a flex of the right foot, idea is simply to build a car thats as fast and as good handling as possible. Ultimate philosophy of tuning IMO. Doesn't jut apply to Jap cars, but the idea comes from there.
