hi thought i'd better join up, been viewing the forum for months just never signed up!

i drive a 00' wicked red vts, i last had it rolling roaded at 185.6 about a month ago but it should be considerably more now!

hi, its got a piper manifold, magnex de-cat and exhaust,green cotton induction, piper cams, helix clutch, quickshift, wizards of nos nitrous kit. also got a dta stand-alone ecu sat at home for it, just waiting to get that fitted at the moment! will get some pics up soon!

well, i want to get the ecu on first. I've had that sat in my room for a few months now! the dta s40 pro. Reason i got this was i'm slowly gettin bits to get the old girl boosting. Will be going down ahead with a supercharger not a turbo though.
its come a fairly long way though, i've owned this one for just over a year and bought it 100% standard.
but for the short term, when i want more power, i just put a bigger get in the nitrous. :y:

hi, does anybody know how long you should expect a paddle clutch to last using it every day? obviously it will vary on how you drive but what is the average? any help appreciated. thanks. :y:

coffs_vts - yeah got the nitrous kit off charlie, its basically a new nittrous kit now though as i've had to replace most things!

was a bit annoyed, ddin't cost much though for another box and it was back on the road within the week. :y:
the bottle was on a push fit connection which was completely sh1t so had to get new connections for the bottle, solenoids, lines, new switches, new jets. and its all the little bits they sting you on!

yeah, was a bit of a day that day! couldn't get the nitrous line to seal to the tank so it 185.6 bhp and 196 lb/ft torque on the nitrous but the line was leaking considerably, its sorted now so i intend to re-run it when possible!

Hey Maddison, I met you briefly at the meet in Exeter the other week, was trying to have a listen to Liams stereo but couldnt turn it up :(

Myne is starting to get there, got the stereo mostly done, gonna start work on the body next and then the engine! Do you know what yours puts out at the wheels without the NOS?

Want your GTI callipers but short on cash at the mo... :(

PS: Get some more piccys up of the motor, loads of peeps want to see the rest, me included
