well if it wasnt rubed down then i woudl of said between 1,000 - 1,500
thought because its 1/2 prepaired i would still stay your looking at £850 Min. as most body shops will still do more prepairing (rubbing down body work ext) to make sure the paint goes on correctly. wouldnt look very good for them if the paint fell off a week later.
so basicly you looking at about 1,100 I rekon.

if it was a whole re-spray then around 1,100. Most of the costs are labour but for example buying st orange paint would be more than buying matt black paint so that can effect price.

just a tip though. Dont ask for matt black as it will look gray.

Ask for satin black; it looks matt black.

Hopefully in many years to come I'll remember that. Makes sense though, I get what you mean about buying a top brand paint compared to a normal universal colour.
