car smoke issue

my car has that cold smoke all the time, even after a 20min drive. it isnt the cylinder head and the coolant stuff. and i stalled the car and i started it up after and revved it ot spluttered and blue smoke puffed out and and fine after that. could anybody help :)

the oil is ok i check it nearly every day and its ok, its not white smoke, it that normal smoke you get when the engine is cold, but it does it all the time i drive

69,???, it dosent do it when driving, just if i rev it as soon as start up, ( engine is really cold )

could be valves stems or guides if its just doing when started, blue smoke until oil on top of your piston is burned off.

should only really last a few seconds though

its cold smoke when i rev it, but if i rev harder i get that smoke, not every day just now and again

hmmmm not really sure tbh.

possibly piston rings but at 67k its unlikely...

light blue yeah, it drives ok no noises etc, i just laugh it off and say its changes to a diesel now and again

flush ur coolant system an replace with better stuff had 3 cars like that last week
