as some of you may know, i have been looking to buy a house with my girlfriend K, yesterday we went to sign the contracts, and after a bit of barttering, we have now exchanged contracts, which technically means we are now legally bound to go ahead.

It's been a long time in coming, and i'm so chuffed.

yeah i was in halls last year an got my house keys for my student house the other week, its sweet!

Its awsome when you stay there so chilled out nothing to worry about(well apart from the bills)!

Uni was wicked living in a house and halls, was the best time of my life, but now ready to move on.

I'm still in a bit of shock actually can't believe it's going through, won't believe it till we move in, which won't be for a few months as the occupants are buying a new build. and are not prepared to move out twice.

i see this as more saving time. we are covered legally and stuff, so not much can go wrong fingers crossed we'll be in by christmas.

living at home with parents is good to a certain point. If you can hack it then it's great, but i'm 25 and am only now starting to act like some people do at 16. I want to do things my own way, and my mum's ways really piss me off.

to me, that's a signal to move on. and i am.

yeah, living with the parents is great in small doses, once you move out and get a taste of a bit of freedom then go back home for a few weeks its good for a while then the little things drive your nuts!!
