So many problems!!! : handbrake

my handbrakes sticking when ive taken it off, earlia i tried to pull off but its asif i hadnt even taken it off so the back end was rising when i was trying to reverse, teks alot of revs to get it to 'snap' off it, now my handbrake doesnt pull up as far as it should, got no suggestions myself

my last MOT was crap the new brakes are shit (see next thread from me) tha handbrake adjustion has now buggered and they didnt pick up on a faulty battery (see my previous thread)

any help would go far

if calipers are seized the handbrake would stick on... i'd get it looked at by an experienced mechanic tbh mate. dont wanna risk it...
