i have tried, tried and tried again.
Does anybody have a way of giving up smoking withouth the gum or patches??
My problem is i have a very addictive personality and absoloutley no will power lol.
Help is needed because i just need to quit really!

well the patchs etc are really just for makeing you feel good they dont actualy do that much its more about you thinking they are doing somthing and your brain believeing it.

think of the money you will save over time? maybe thinking like that working how much you spend and thinking of somthing to save the money for ?

Na matey, any ideas are much appreciated.
Gave up a while back for 8 months because i met this girl and she was propper motivatin to quit like.
But we split up, i did the "i'l just have one" which turned to "i'l just finish the pack" and so on.
best thing to do would be get the bird back but there is a 99% chance that will NOT happen lol

Fill it part up with water

Put a load of dumpers in

Shake it up

Put lid back on

Leave for a few days

Smell

My dad had been smoking for over 40 years and had tried and tried with loads of methods to quit. But none worked.

Then he read this book by alan carr on giving up smoking. Basically it re-programmes your mind to make you belive you dont need the fags. He quit after reading it and hasnt smoked for 3 years now!!

This is exactly what i was like until i quit last time (didn't really wuit... mor like took a holiday from it)
just don't want the problems in later life but at the same time want to live for the moment like.
I can't drink now without having a fag....
its like ... compulsary! lol

Like ciggies (obviously) and drink... even weird stuff like...
there was a computer in my old school that when you put your hand on the metal top, you got a little shock (like off an electric lighter) and i foookin loved it!

Yeah he is great, although you do have to WANT to give up for it to actuallly work.

pack of ten will last me a day and a half now
20 pack used to last me a day

doing quite well

best way is to put the first one of the morning of as long as you can..
also with the weed you will will never quit, unless your toking down blunts all day lol
