nope, just had less and less. last one i had was a week ago, i still get the cravings but i just try doing things 2 keep my mind off it

thats exactly why i'm stopping, just one day about 2 months back, jus did the math on how much i could have saved if i wasnt smoking and the numbers were a bit shockin lol, plus the health issues of course, since i'm hoping to back to play rugby pretty soon

i was smoking between 15-30 a day weekends i smoke less. The missus hates me smoking so i havent had one since 4pm on friday pulling my hair out. She is asleep next to me now might sneak out have one brush my teeth the come back to bed...... Ohhh riigghhtt :)

I gave up almost 2 years ago.

Now, I just have maybe 1 or 2 in the evening, which I "borrow" off my g/f cos I enoy them but never more than 2, and never during the day.

Carton usualy lasts me a month i'd say ... thats 20 quid mates rates per month to feed my habbit.

Strange but i hate the smell of fags in a morning so i dont have one until iv bin up for bout 2hrs and i never have one after a meal coz it tastes rank!!! I havent stopped coz im scared of puttin weight on!!!!

Smoke between 10-15/day. Need to give up too, cost far too much money! My dad did cold turkey about 20yrs ago and substituted fags with standard chewing gum. I gave up for about 4 weeks with the help of chuppa chupps, lol!!
