best place to get a manifold

alright people, anyone know a good place to buy a 4 branch decat manifold my my mk2 vtr, i know gmc do one for £230 but including delivery etc it comes to over £300 which to be honest i cant afford right now but i want one badly! any advice would be welcome. thanx

gmc are your best bet really mate and they are worth the money.

i have a supersprint one on my vts engine and that cost me £250.
