Basically was playing on COD4 and it all went black and there was a hard click from the Drive then took out CoD4 and went to Forza2..Drove about half a minute 'till it done it again and there was the ring of death!
Atleast it aint mine...Can Microsoft fix it or what?!

Yip. Get onto the website and type your serial number in and it will tell you if its still under warranty. You can also fill in the repair notice online.

Wrap a towel / blanket / robe around it ... turn it on ... wait for 2 red lights to flash (means it's over heating) ... once it does this count to 10, unplug it ... leave it 20 mins to cool on the window sil or something.

Turn it on and see if it's working :)

If its still under warranty microsoft will fix it for free just need to send it off.

yeah they usually say "we didnt have time to repair your console so we have sent you a different unit".
