amp whines like a biatch!

Now then all ma mates got a big ass sound system cant be arsed to go into detail but the amp whines, well we think its the amp an the whine comes through all the speakers! ne1 know what this is, its a constant volume so when the tunes go louder u cant hear it but if they is real quit its pretty annoying! quite loud as well

are the rca's run the other side of the car than the power cable? Is the amp screwed to the back seat? What make is the amp? how old is it? What head unit do you have? What quality RCA are you using?
