I pre ordered gears of war 2 from Play last week. The release date is the 7th (Friday) but remember when some of you guys ordered Call Of Duty 4 it came a little earlier than the release date???

I doubt you will get it early with Play. They usually come the day of release or the day after.

Cheers for replys lads. I ordered some cds and shit at the same time and I got an email saying that they were dispatched Thursday, but delivery takes upto 3 days....

fifa 09 came the day before release and saints row came on the day of release so i guess its just down to how much your postie likes you ;)

I jumped first time I played it when Marcus and Dom burst into that room full or torn apart bodies!

Whats the new abilities like Ste? You can grab them by the throat and use em as 25 stone human sheilds cant you?

Anyone seen the actual guy that plays augustus cole? He's massive too haha.
