just had a look doesn't seem that there will be one on the release, most probably a few weeks/months after the normal version to make some more money

I doubt they will do a game of the year edition before it being released. Hence no one being able to say it's game of the year :S

You do realise that's only if it wins the GOTY award? Not just up to the developers.. that's the idea. :S
