Mileage and speedo not working..

Anyone have any ideas? everything else working fine. (VTS 2001) not to sure if i can check the sensor on gearbox or something?? any help would be great. thanks

err speedo cable has obv come out.....umm its located on the gearbox or near the gearbox me thinks was a while ago just push all connections in on the gear box or aorund them and check to see if there are any wires not in there sockets....

why has the the sensor "obv" come out? could be faulty clocks/ loose wiring

? ? not too sure gonna have a check tonight to see if it has come out.. already checked all cable to dash with wiring and connected properly...

no mate its under the bonnet just check for any loose connection ontop or near the gearbox !
