Iv been looking at these forums for a couple of months now, so thought might aswel join :) going to book my test in a few weeks so will be taking it in like janurary as theres an 8 week waiting list..

I love small hatchbacks saxos being my faveourite i reckon, but yeah hey everyone :)

Just wondering, iv found a really good 1.1 SX, i beleive SX is just the power steering version of the 1.1s? i either buy this car that is in amazing condition etc, or i hold out for a few months a buy a VTR. Just i really want a car i can start working on so i dont know what to do, and maybe a small engine is better for a first car

Im stuck haha.

Anyway laters :A:

A VTR would be best saxo to start off with, but drive carefully as they are fast for beginners and might take abit of getting used to.

Get some insurance quotes then decide :y:

Welcome :y:

Yeah i prefer the VTR and iv got some ideas for how i want it too look, and yeah im a careful driver, id never speed, i know what happens :n: just want something thats comfortable, looks good and drives well.

Got some insurance quotes and was pretty impressed really, elephant gave me the cheapest so far with £1907 0 NCB 0 Years experiance 0 Points, Main driver on a VTR, i reckon i could get it cheaper i dont know, but the 1.1s were in the 1500 mark! Which is high for a 1.1 right? As my mate has a 1.1 106 and is paying 1000 with direct line. I rather fork the extra 400 and get a VTR ;)

Cheers:A:
