Orange Phone Contract

My contract is 'Dophin 35' £35Per Month.

If i dont make any other charges it stays £35 a month.

But...

If i send one picture text for example which costs me 4p i then get charged £40 on my total bill because they charge me VAT on £35.04.

Am i getting scamed or has this happened to others.

sounds abit dodgy if your only going over by the odd pence mate ring them? im on dlphin but i handed in a old phone so i get money knocked off each month so i dont really notice if i go over etc.

yep happens to me to i cant work out where they get it from my bill changes every month even if i dont go on internet or send a photo typical orange but i stay with them cos there reception is best round here

i got the £45 one its usual £48 no idea how tho

i call afew days before going to nurburgring

and were starting asking about were i going to buy new contect when it runs out/.... so they strating saying come to orange direct and because i sed i would check it out nearer the time they gave me 400mins a month on top of contect free!!!

so for £45- £48
unlimited text and 1200mins anytime any network

Unless you need 600 extra mins,
Anyone seen the 02 simplicity ...
Unlimited texts and 600 any time any network mins for £20 a month.
Only downside is no new phone,
But you save enough on the contract to buy a good new phone.

All Orange tarrifs are ex VAT. You will always get charged £35 plus VAT per month on the Dolphin 35 taffif
