Anyone know the Law on headlights?

Hello,

I have got a Viper Induction kit and want to get the best out of it as i only really use my Saxo for getting to and from Track Days is their a legal requirement to have both headlights, if only driven in daylight.

im not to sure, couldnt you just take a set of sockets with you and take it out at the track day, just incase you suddenly need ur lights e.g rain,cloudy etc...

in daylight i think your be ok well i have a track motorbike which is road legal and have been pulled over as long as your in before it gets dark your probly be ok but watch fog heavy rain ect i would bother
