well guys got a clio 98 reg, driving home last week somthing f*cked with my car, anyhow sounded as if the exhaust had snaped near my cat, drives it back home takes it garage in the morning, said my cat had snapped or somthing, so said i needed a new cat so decided that i may as well get the whole lot, got new lambour censer (duno how you spell that) cat centre pipe new head shield :afro: new clips new back box and the new clip at the back rubber busher thing, anyway cost me 288 quid from my girlfriends dads mate, does this sound cheap or what, i dont know if it was expensive or what as first time i had to go to a garage :geek:

Sounds about right i think. Centre pipe... say 60. Backbox.. 40? and cat must be 80ish... then labour on top.

Cat's aren't cheap. Which is why people are going round and stealing them from cars to sell the metal.
