106 gti leather headrests???

iv got 2 sets of leather gti interior at the moment and ive got 4 headrests in different styles!(8 in total)
i have 4 like this with a stitching on the back of it...

and i have 4 like this with no stitch on the back of them just around the outer?

are they just 2 different sets? or are they meant to be 2 of one style in the front and 2 of the another style in there rear?
