Jees that beats my 48hrs in hospital witha full leg cast, and having to use a bed pan :wacko: *shivers*, followed by 7 weeks in plaster, having to use a wheel chair everytime we went out, and having to slep on the sofa for about 6weeks, then 2 months of physio.

3 days in hospital.
An operation to reset my arm that then found my elbow had fallen out of place.
6 weeks in plaster
Muscle damage.
Physio for 3 months
still cant full extend my arm.

It all pays off though.
Im not afraid of fast cars and anything with an NCAP rating of 3 or lower.

groin repairs over a year on and i can still get bad pain and limited movement of the hip.

I have about 4 problems with my spine though which is why i constantly need that mobilised and checked.

trying to come back into the sport after 2 years without an international vest so will find out in a year or so if its hindered me lol

ouch! i fractured my ankle wen i was younger, fell frm a 20ft wall, a bone stuck out from the heel of my foot :n: ended up in plaster for 3mth because it wouldnt heel properly!

No pain from it, just absolutely no recollection of anything after shouting to my mate sitting next to me "fuck, ive lost it, im so sorry mate!", until we got out of the upside down Escort! Just lucky and thankful to be alive, car somersaulted into the air after hitting the opposite side of the ditch rolling a couple of times then slamming into the garden :(, lucky i didnt get crushed! back in the day of 2002!

when i was about 17 i was riding my mountain bike and jumped across some lights trying to be clever but hit the back end of a car and kind of went over the handle bars but didnt let go of the bike and the brake lever hit the road squashing my fingers against the handle breaking 3 of my fingers but also my fingers dragged along the road ripping and tearing on the way, needless to say it fookin hurt and id never seen so much blood in fact i was wearing a white jacket and to stop my hand hurting i put it under my arm and within about 5 minutes the jacket on one side was now red, i dont remember much after that until i woke up in hospital, prob not the worst accident listed here but i wouldnt want to do it again.

Run down by a very drunk driver...
-5 hours of facial reconstructive surgery (basically plastic surgery)
-2 broken ribs and 2 cracked
-cartilage casing in my knee split so 1 hour op on knee
-broken wrist
-broken foot
-broken jaw
-2 inch scar on my back where flass went through my back and into muscular tissue

Reason my nose looks so bad is i hit the kerb edge with my face.... think the teeth into kerb moment in "American History X" and you will get the idea...

still cant breathe 100% through my nose, wrist clicks every time i move it, ribs hurt if they get knocked or if its cold and i shivver and my jaw clicks abit if i eat tough food such as steak etc...

- playing rounders in y11 at school.. mate was messing about swung the bat in my eye.

Hit by a jeep pulling out of a junction when I had a ped.

Hit the jeeps door and got catapulted backwards into a ditch. Was knocked out and nearly shattered my knee cap.
I woke up and tried to stand up but my leg gave way and I collapsed on the floor.

Been having physio for nearly 2 years now, and have 98% got to have an operation on my knee as it gives way and clicks harshly all the time. Had an MRI scan to see what was wrong and am waiting for the results to see if I have to have the op!

Im also suing his ass.
