pug 306 lx radio code

my mates radio has fucked up!! we disconected the original stereo and now we need the code but he dont have it in the manual or anywhere else! do any of you guys no how to find out what it is?

also........the central locking is also fucked!! does this have anything to do with that? the fuse in the radio had blown but we have changed it and we still aint getting anywhere. the central locking onyl seems to work if you use the indicators :-S

any suggestions?
