right when is it blowing fuses? is it as soon as you put a new fuse in, if so the system is shorting somewhere and most likely along the main power line.
If its not blowing until you have the system running and when bass hits then the fuse is to small for the current being drawn: new 4 guage kit and larger fuse.
If its blowing when as soon as the amp is turned on (i.e. you switch the headunit on) then it sound slike an internal fault in the amp and its shorting therefore blowing fuse.
Also this might sound stupid but are you sure you have got the terminals on the right way at the amp i.e. not pos to neg? might sound silly but its easy done

Cheers.
Ill look tommorow. I have blew 3 fuses! At £3.50 a pair i thought id ask 1st before i wasted more money smileys/happy.gif
Im pretty sure they blow as soon as i turn the power on the radio. It cant be the terminals as ive never touched them!
By the way it was fine before it went to the garage for a new clutch and gear box, tho they couldnt of turned it on as i had the head unit.

The head unit is fine as far as i can see, i didnt mean the whole unit i just meant the face.
OK so i bought some bigger fuses for the ones in the engine bay and hurah they didnt blow...BUT upon checking my amp both the 20a fuses had blew...i have now replaced these and turned on the power...
i then heard a little pop, checked all fuses, they all seem fine, amp still on, but no sub still :/
Any more ideas?

what amp and sub have you got. i had loads of probs with an amp once and it turned out to be the sub blown. when the sub kicked hard it was shorting and back feeding to the amp and blowing the fuse.
