100k on an alfa against what on the saxo?
dependent on the service history it may not be worth it, depends how much spare cash you have really. But not my cup of tea I'm afraid. If you like it and it seems in good nick and fancy a change then maybe go for it, but do what you want.

Take the Alfa and put it back to standard, drive it until you get bored then sell it for more than the Saxo is worth.

keep the saxo, also the saxo will most likely be cheaper to run, the alfa has a lot of miles also, plus those rear lights lol :)

i know the lights, wooden steering wheel, gear knob and that massive spoiler are gash! my saxo has done just under 95000 miles and theres a funny cluncking sound comming from my passenger side when i turn the wheel! my mot runs out end of jan and to be honest i dont think it will pass! its just alot more pratical being a 4 door and me having a child and it not being lowered (comfy ride) and not going over speed bumps a 1 mph theres alot where i live!
