Well i was tightening the one on the thermostat done it up by hand and though i will just do it a little bit with the allen key and the head snapped off,
There is a hole through the middle of the screw so do you think it will be easy to get out with an easy out?

No probably not, things like that arent, best thing is to try it, i cant say sat here.

Its just tighter then hand tight so its not wedged in?
Any more advice?

cant find my camera and my phone doesnt have a flash.lol
but there is about 70mm of thread that is stuck there is a hole straight through the middle of it so i wont need to drive a pilot hole for the extractor

have you not tried an extractor tool?
