I've paid for Premium Membership, but now what happens?
Currently ALL Premium Memberships are activated manually by myself or Scott. This will most likely become an automated feature during 2008, however some online shop modifications are required before this will work smoothly. Usually, Premium Member activations are performed within 8 hours of payment notification being received. In the vast majority of cases, activation is performed within 30 minutes.
Once your account has been activated you will have access to all Premium Member features within the online Saxperience community. Behind the scenes some admin work still needs to be done to fully process your order. When your Premium Member subscription has been processed in full, your user profile page will be updated to indicate your individual Premium Membership number (PM####) and your Premium Membership expiry date.
FULL Premium Membership
If you have chosen to take advantage of the additional benefits available to 'Full' Premium Members, then once you see your user profile has been updated with your membership number and expiry date, then you can be sure that your membership card and stickers, etc are on their way to you via 1st class post.
Usually the postal aspect of Full Premium Membership is completed within three days of receiving your payment, however during busy periods or holiday times this can cause delays of upto eight days. Extended delays during my own holiday time will always be communicated via the forums (sticky topic) and also on the home page of the Saxperience online shop.
Included within your postal order will be a letter explaining how to request your sax-p email account is setup. Unfortunately email accounts are no longer setup automatically, but if you follow the request procedure your account can be setup very quickly. ALL email account activation requests MUST be made via email to me via simo@sax-p.com Please do NOT send PM's requesting email account activation - it is likely these will not be processed.
